About the Founder
About the Founder
Luis Vargas
Luis Vargas is a business professional with more than a decade of experience leading teams, strengthening operations, and working with people across corporate America. His career has required him to lead through change, earn trust across different personalities, solve complex challenges, and turn information into clear, practical action. Those experiences have shaped his approach to leadership, communication, judgment, and personal responsibility.
Luis earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida and completed leadership development through the Wharton School. His academic background and professional experience provide a strong foundation for Verlu’s enrichment programs.
Outside of his professional life, Luis is a devoted father who understands how carefully parents consider the people influencing their children. He brings the preparation, high standards, and accountability that have defined his career to every Verlu learning experience. Luis is committed to helping prepare the next generation to become capable, discerning, and ready to navigate the responsibilities of adult life.
